Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.7 / 5 from 514 reviews.
The charging cable was missing from the package. I sent a quick message and the replacement arrived two days later. That is how customer service should be.
Use the hoodie in the office because the air conditioning is far too cold. Setting 1 is completely sufficient, but the battery is slightly noticeable when sitting down.
I entered the wrong house number after ordering... support changed it the same day and the package still arrived at the correct address 👍
The heated jacket was really comfortable during a windy ferry ride. Only the sleeves could be a little longer for me, but otherwise it fits well.
Delivery took one extra day, but it was worth the wait. The hoody is thick and super comfortable.
Didn't expect it to become my favorite thing to wear at home. But here we are. Obsessed.
Exactly what I needed this winter. Oversized, warm, and perfect for binge-watching series.
My refund was still not visible after a few days. Support checked it and immediately sent me the proof of payment. Contact with support was straightforward.
Great for staying warm but I tend to get hot in it quickly. Still, amazing for short cozy moments.
My cat won't stop sitting on my lap when I wear it! It's that soft. :) 10/10!
Perfect for winter mornings. I even use it outside for quick dog walks. Love it.
Love it, but found a loose thread near the cuff. Not a big deal, but worth noting.
Didn't expect much, but wow it's super comfy. My girlfriend ended up stealing mine, so I had to get a second one!
Warm, fluffy, and oversized just the way I like it. Great quality and fast delivery too.
Super comfy, but a little too oversized for me. My boyfriend loves it though, so win-win.
This has become my go-to for cold evenings. It feels like wearing a warm cloud. Highly recommend!
Very soft and warm! I just wish there were kid sizes. My daughter wants one too now.
I use the HeatHoodie whenever I’m outside in the evening. The heating function is amazing, I stay warm without needing a big coat. I can even adjust the heat depending on how cold it is outside. A must-have for anyone who hates the cold.
I didn't expect it to work so well, but it heats up fast and stays warm for hours. I use it on my morning walks, and it's a game changer!
I brought my HeatHoody on a hiking trip in Peru and it was a total game changer. After long cold walks, slipping this on by the campfire felt amazing. It's not something I'd wear during the hike itself (too warm), but for relaxing afterward's unbeatable. Super soft, keeps in the heat, and way better than the usual camping sweaters I've used. Would 100% recommend for anyone who loves the outdoors but hates being cold.
Soft material and heats quickly. I like that it does not look bulky at all.
The delivery was initially left with the neighbor. In the end, everything arrived complete and undamaged. After asking, I knew exactly when the package would arrive.
I wore the HeatHoody on a winter hike. It distributes the warmth surprisingly evenly. It is soft and fluffy on the inside. Since then, I have worn it regularly on cold days.

I ordered the jacket as a Christmas gift for my partner.
The refund took a few days longer than expected. After I asked about it, the proof of payment was sent immediately and the money arrived the next day.
I wore the HeatHoody at the drafty university. It keeps my back and chest significantly warmer than a normal hoodie. The fabric feels thicker and more premium than expected. The warmth is really pleasant for everyday use.
The women’s jacket is more fitted than expected. After changing to a larger size, it fits comfortably.

The hoodie was supposed to be oversized, but it was still too large for me.
I wear the heated jacket on a windy day at the coast. The pockets are easy to use even with gloves. It runs a little narrow around the shoulders. It works much better outdoors than expected.
Wore the heated jacket at football and stayed warm the entire time. The battery makes one pocket a little heavy, but it is better than being cold.
The order arrived in two separate packages. Customer service immediately explained the status to me. The packaging protected the product well. The product itself was also protected separately.
The cable stays securely in place and has not come loose while walking so far. On the low setting, it lasts comfortably long for me.
I would have liked to see more photos of the inside of the jacket on the website. Everything worked on the second attempt. The additional information by email was helpful.
